NFTs are fast becoming the future of the creative industry, and our technical innovation, combined with eBay's brand and community, will provide us with a great opportunity to play a significant and ongoing role in the development of the space."

The parties signed the agreement on June 21. The details and amount of the deal have not been disclosed.
