In particular, he has been included in the "Titans" category.
According to TIME, over the past two years, Bankman-Fried has had a significant impact "on the dominance of cryptocurrencies in mainstream culture."

Among its initiatives, the editors have mentioned engaging comedian Larry David to publicize the platform at February's Super Bowl, securing the rights to rename the NBA's Miami Heat arena, and appearing before the US Congress, among others.
Bankman-Fried is the only representative of the crypto sector on TIME's list.
