US cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase has just launched a new line of products focused on preventing illegal transactions and complying with requirements set by regulators, the trading platform has announced.
The initiative, known as Coinbase Intelligence, includes Coinbase Know Your Transaction (KYT), a tool that allows firms to detect illegal transactions through an API.

Coinbase has also released an update to Coinbase Analytics. The new version of the product, called Coinbase Tracer, allows the analysis of transactional data.
According to the announcement posted on the platform's blog:
"We’ve also updated our user interface to be more user friendly, visually engaging, and in-line with our other Coinbase products."
