In a series of tweets, Kulechov thanked Elon Musk for appointing him and added that he would add support for Ethereum & ENS, and ship an edit button in the coming weeks. He also promised to open-source the Twitter algorithms. After Twitter reversed the ban, Stani went on:
"I'm back as interim CEO of @twitter"
The incident comes after Elon Musk acquired the social network for about $44 billion. Musk, who plans to take Twitter private, said in a statement that the social network has become a "digital town square where matters vital to the future of humanity are debated." The deal is expected to close some time this year. While the transaction has been approved by the board, it is still subject to a shareholder vote and is pending approval from regulators.
