Nike and RTFKT Studio have just unveiled their first non-fungible token collection on the Ethereum blockchain.
The digital sneakers are reportedly inspired by the Nike Dunk sneaker silhouette.
An airdrop of MNLTH NFTs in Mystery Boxes format took place last February among token holders of the CloneX project tokens and other RTFKT collections. A few months later, holders of the latter were allowed to open their "boxes."
Users have said that inside these Mystery Boxes were a pair of RTFKT x Nike Dunk Genesis CRYPTOKICKS, a Skin Vial digital item needed to modify the NFT and free MNLTH mint passes.

Some owners of the new NFTs have already put them up for sale on OpenSea. In particular, the price of digital sneakers starts at 3.25 ETH or about $9,600.
Nike bought in December last year NFTs studio RTFKT, which specializes in creating metaverse collectibles. The parties did not disclose the terms of the deal.
