HubSpot, a cloud-based CRM designed platform, has suffered an unauthorized access from a bad actor who succeeded to compromise a HubSpot employee account.

The company said in a blog announcement the hacker exported data from fewer than 30 HubSpot portals, "all of whom have been notified." At this time, BlockFi has officially confirmed the incident, but noted that internal systems and clients funds were not impacted. According to reports, other crypto companies such as Circle, NYDIG and Pantera Capital were also among those suffered by the incident.
HubSpot says the bad actor was attempting to access contact data. Although the company declined to elaborate on the incident, it pointed out that "additional details on the bad actor’s actions were provided to impacted customers."
