Electronic payments system PayPal has stopped offering its services in Russia, Dan Schulman, the company's director, has announced:
"Under the current circumstances, we are suspending PayPal services in Russia."

It should be noted that withdrawals will be available "for a certain period of time," with account balances distributed in accordance with laws and regulations.
PayPal only supported international transactions for users in Russia. A few days ago, the service announced it would suspend the ability to sign up new users from Russia.
