Binance's US division plans to complete a funding round in the next two months before going public. The company's CEO, Changpeng Zhao, has said:
"I think it's a couple hundred million dollars. For an IPO perspective, it's probably best to have a few rounds of financing before that."

In addition, Binance will announce "very shortly” where it will open its headquarters, Zhao has added. He has previously announced the company intends to set up a regional headquarters and, in the future, a global headquarters in France. CZ has mentioned the United Arab Emirates and Singapore as cryptocurrency-friendly jurisdictions.
He has also added:
"In five, 10 years, we might see crypto exchanges merge with stock exchange."
