The firm has noted that following the recent rebranding of Facebook to Meta, many, including Microsoft and Electronic Arts, have announced their plans to integrate NFTs and create their own metaverse.

Enjin's team claims such a structure should be decentralized.

The goal of the fund is to support startups that are driving the development of the Efinity-based metaverse.

According to the statement shared by the company, the fund will invest in projects working to integrate into the Efinity ecosystem with a focus on cross-chain solutions, blockchain games and NFTs.
