The Bitcoin price has been hovering around $62,000 over the past 24 hours, so this has seen little change, apparently due to a lack of triggers.
It has recently become known that due to the increase in the cost of fees on the Ethereum network, the inflow of funds into layer 2 and multi-chain DeFi platforms has increased significantly. We should remember the price of Ether has risen sharply over the past few weeks, recently reaching a new high, which has been reflected in the fees charged by miners for processing transactions on their network.
As for other altcoins, it is worth noting the price of the SQUID token, based on the popular Netflix series Squid Game, has plummeted after the project's developers deleted their accounts on social networks as well as the project's website, indicating it has been nothing more than a scam.
According to CoinMarketCap’s ranking, 7 currencies on the top 10 are in green.
