US cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase has become the most popular app in the App Store. It has surpassed TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, according to Twitter users.
The exchange's developers have recently added the crypto Shiba Inu (SHIB) to the platform, whose price has increased by more than 1,000% in a month.

Over the past 24 hours, the number of tweets mentioning Shiba Inu has surpassed 1 million, making the meme crypto the most popular on Twitter.
Coinbase became the world's first public crypto exchange back in April after launching its shares on the NASDAQ (without conducting an IPO). At its peak, the value of the company's shares reached $429.5, although they began to fall after that.
