Amount of Bitcoins on Exchanges Falls to a Three-year Low

The amount of Bitcoins on crypto exchanges has dropped to a three-year low, according to data from analytics firm CryptoQuant.

According to the firm's analysts, the drop in the amount of Bitcoins on trading platforms started in late July, when Bitcoin rebounded after falling as low as $28,800.

The outflow of funds from crypto trading platforms, like crypto exchange KuCoin, is usually associated with active purchases.

The first US Bitcoin ETF began trading yesterday. Its trading volume on the first day has reached almost $1 billion.

Experts have drawn attention to the absence of a large number of block deals, which are concluded by large market participants, indicating high activity of retail traders.
