With the new feature, Robinhood's customers can request a call in the app. The firm then will send a notification when a user is next in line for a call. Robinhood will also give the exact phone number from which they will call so that users will always know it is not spam.

The Menlo Park-based brokerage reveals the service after it announced that eligible clients will be able to begin testing cryptocurrency wallets this month. The access will be rolled out gradually as the company will get enough feedback on the new service. The full launch is expected in early 2022.
