Encode Club, a blockchain education community of 20,000+ individuals from over 150 universities, has just announced it has teamed up with BitDAO, one of the largest decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) in the world, to educate and accelerate blockchain talent.
According to the press release that has been shared with iHodl, Encode’s expertise and talent network will allow the program to become one of the most significant educational initiatives in open finance and the decentralized economy.

As a result of the recent and significant increase of interest in cryptocurrencies, this emerging sector is in need of skilled individuals to continue the pace of innovation.
In order to contribute to this, Encode Club and BitDAO have announced a 18-month partnership that will help train individuals in the skills required to secure employment or start projects.
The program will include:
- Monthly educational workshops.
- 2 x Solidity bootcamps.
- 4 x Month-long hackathons.
- 2 x Accelerators.
