Online broker Robinhood is testing a crypto wallet feature that allows users to send Bitcoin and other digital assets, Bloomberg has reported referencing the beta code of the company's iOS app.

The software apparently includes both a hidden waiting list page for users and code related to asset transfers.

Programmer Steve Moser has said Robinhood users will be able to set up two-factor authentication for their wallet.

At the moment, the company's users can only trade cryptocurrencies and sell them for fiat money.

Robinhood co-founder and CEO Vladimir Tenev announced back in March 2021 the platform planned to add a cryptocurrency wallet soon.

Bloomberg has also recently discovered in the code of the company's iOS app a solution aimed at protecting users from the volatility of cryptocurrencies.

Robinhood went public last July 29.
