Wanchain and Avalanche have partnered to integrate Wanchain’s cross-chain infrastructure with Avalanche’s C-chain, according to the press release shared with iHodl.
As part of the association, Wanchain’s cross-chain bridges and Avalanche’s ecosystem of projects and applications will be linked. In particular, Avalanche will use Wanchain’s cross-chain blockchain infrastructure to create new value.
Wu, Head of Asia of Avalanche, said about the cooperation:

The companies have reported that the next phase of this collaboration consists of three parts: Avalanche will introduce the benefits of Wanchain’s decentralized cross-chain bridges to its ecosystem projects, Wanchain will create new use cases for cross-chain compatible tokens like wanXRP and wanLTC on Avalanche, and wanAVAX on other public blockchains and Avalanche and Wanchain will co-incubate promising new cross-chain DeFi projects.
It must be noted that Wanchain’s cross-chain infrastructure already supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, Wanchain, EOSIO, Binance Smart Chain, Litecoin, XRP Ledger, Moonriver and now Avalanche, apart from other tokens.
