Cryptocurrency trading platform Crypto.com has just announced the appointment of Patrick Yoon as General Manager of South Korea, according to the press release shared with iHodl.
Patrick has previously worked for payments giant Visa as Country Manager of Visa Korea and Mongolia over the past 3 years. In this role, he has contributed to the growth of the business cooperating with key stakeholders in the Korean financial industry including regulatory bodies and financial institutions.
Crypto.com, whose app was ranked in the top-10 finance apps in both the App Store and Google Play in Q2 2021, has added more than 1,500 employees and has grown its user base by fivefold to more than 10 million over the past year.
