Developer Alessandro Paluzzi has posted screenshots of the interface that allows Bitcoin and Ethereum addresses to be added to Twitter profiles to receive crypto donations. The information has not yet been officially confirmed.
According to Paluzzi, cryptos will become part of the Tip Jar and will allow users of the social network to tip the bloggers they like. The service allows adding external links to accounts in third-party payment systems. At the moment the functionality is limited.

Paluzzi has previously revealed users will need an account on the Strike app, powered by Lightning Network, to accept Bitcoin payments through Tip Jar. This post was shared by Kayvon Beykpour, Twitter's head of development. He accompanied the tweet with the note "coming soon."
Dorsey said in August he was working with the TBD platform to create a decentralized Bitcoin exchange based on his payments company Square.
