Analytics startup Dune Analytics has raised $8 million in a Series A funding round.
Square Ventures led the round, in which Redpoint Ventures, Dragonfly Capital and Multicoin Capital also took part.
Dune Analytics will use the investments raised to hire new employees, launch a new platform and support new blockchains.
The analytics platform currently supports Ethereum, Polygon, Optimism and xDAI data. The developers plan to integrate all systems compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine.

Most of Dune Analytics features are available for free: users can query their databases and create dashboards. The $390/month paid option offers advanced customization options, private queries and data export.
Dune Analytics raised $2 million in seed funding back in September last year. According to the results of the latest round, the total volume of venture capital investment in the platform has grown to $10 million.
