According to the filing, the ETF would trade on NYSE Arca and track Bitcoin futures contracts.

It is worth noting the SEC still has a few Bitcoin ETF filings pending. However, Teucrium Trading hopes a decision on its ETF will be made more quickly, as its proposed ETF is not physically backed by Bitcoin, as is the case with the other applications the SEC has pending.
The companies that have applied to launch exchange-traded funds (ETFs) with the SEC are hopeful that its new chairman, Gary Gensler, will change the regulator's policy in some way in order for it to start greenlighting these investment products.
