Representatives of the platform have pointed out the career advancement of each employee will depend exclusively on their capability and results, and not on the location. The Coinbase executive team has decided to close the headquarters so that it does not become the unofficial headquarters of the company.

The company will offer a network of small offices to those employees who wish to work in an office.
