US Bitcoin payments startup BitPay has just announced its prepaid Mastercard is now compatible with Apple Pay.
According to the announcement:
"With Apple Pay, BitPay cardholders can make secure purchases in stores, in apps, and online. In addition, customers waiting on delivery of their plastic card can add their virtual card to Apple Wallet via the BitPay Wallet app and can start spending immediately."

This means that from now on US residents can pay with cryptos and withdraw the equivalent in fiat money from ATMs. The payment option is available in the latest version of the application, BitPay 12.1.0. The payment processing service has plans to add support for Samsung Pay and Google Pay for Android users by the end of March.
