In particular, at least two messages allegedly sent by major cryptocurrency platforms with racist terms have been published through "Signals," Blockfolio's communications channel.

However, it should be noted neither users' funds nor the operation of the app have been compromised at any time.

The app, which was acquired by FTX in August 2020 for $150M, is one of the most popular among crypto users with over 6 million users.

FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried has said all trading accounts in the app will receive a gift of $10 to make up for the inconvenience.
