Tech giant MicroStrategy Inc. has put another $10 million in bitcoin (EXANTE: Bitcoin), the company revealed in an SEC filing. Thus, the company hodls 71,079 BTCs bought at an aggregate purchase price of $1.145 billion. With the last investment, an average purchase price of total holdings is approximately $16,109 per BTC.

This time, MicroStrategy purchased 295 bitcoins for $10 million in cash, at an average price of $33,810 per BTC, the company wrote. In January, MicroStrategy Founder and CEO, Michael Saylor, said the company would continue to hodl its bitcoin reserves and planned to invest "additional excess cash flows" in the cryptocurrency.

MicroStrategy first invested in bitcoin in August 2020. The company purchased back then 21,454 BTC at an aggregate purchase price of $250 million.
