Cryptocurrency bank Galaxy Digital, founded by the crypto enthusiast Mike Novogratz, has just created a new division focused on Bitcoin mining.
According to the company, the Galaxy Digital Mining product line includes lending, investment and risk management tools. The Galaxy mining team is located in a data center in the United States.

The division is led by Amanda Fabiano, a former senior manager at Fidelity Investments, where she was responsible for overseeing the company's mining investments and initiatives. Mining the cryptocurrency directly will allow the company to better understand the financial needs of the miners, she said.
Galaxy Digital and investment firm CI Global Asset Management have previously announced the launch of a BTC fund in Canada.
