ETH's Market Cap Reaches an All-time High

The market capitalization of Ether, the second largest crypto behind Bitcoin, hit a new all-time high yesterday.

According to data provided by TradingView, the capitalization of ETH, which reflects the total value of all currencies in circulation of the asset, jumped to $149.77B, its highest level ever.

The last time the indicator approached this level was back in January 2018, when the capitalization of the currency soared to $145.7B, coinciding with the rally of the whole market. Bitcoin reached $20,000 in December 2017, and the following months were also really positive for the market.

ETH has reached this milestone less than a day after the crypto market set another record. Thus, yesterday it was reported the total capitalization of the cryptocurrency market had exceeded $1B for the first time in its history. Today, it still remains above this level.

This morning it was reported the interest of users in Ether has not stopped growing. This is reflected in the increase of the searches for the term "Ethereum" in Google, which have set a new record.
