For its part, Ethereum has increased to $1,187 (+4.1%), while XRP has jumped by 29.76% and is now trading at $0.297.
The Bitcoin bulls have pushed the price of the crypto above a new all-time high after exceeding $37,000.
The outstanding rise of the benchmark crypto received an additional boost yesterday that resulted in the currency growing above $37,000 for the first time in its history, showing that the asset still has room to grow.
As a result of this rebound, BTC's market cap has increased to $687.47B, representing more than 68% of the market capitalization of the whole market.
Just a few days ago it was reported that analysts at the US investment bank JPMorgan believe the price of the crypto could reach $146,000 in the long term. While this forecast may seem a little optimistic, we should not forget that the crypto has experienced a spectacular growth over the last weeks surpassing the most encouraging forecasts. Who knows? JPMorgan's prediction may come true.
