KuCoin Resumes Withdrawals After Hacker Attack
Main page News, Cryptocurrency Exchanges

Cryptocurrency exchange KuCoin has restored deposits and withdrawals of all available assets on the platform after suffering a hacker attack back in September in which it lost $281M.

KuCoin has reported that due to ongoing legal proceedings, the withdrawals of some tokens are subject to daily limits, however, these will be removed as investigations progress. It should be noted the platform will not charge any fee for exchanging the affected tokens while the limits are in place.

KuCoin has also reported it will support the upgrade of the BUX Platform Token (BPT), LockTrip (LOC), ARCS (ARX) and Dock (DOCK) contracts as requested by the respective project teams and will restore service thereafter.

The attack to KuCoin has become one of the largest in the crypto sphere. However, the exchange has managed to recover most of the funds.
