Ripple's CTO David Schwartz has said that he has lost more than $300,000 in investments in altcoins.
Schwartz has written in Quora he has made several investments that "turned out to be disasters:"
"I’ve bought quite a few cryptocurrencies that turned out to be disasters. My total losses, just on tokens that become completely worthless, is just over $300,000."
According to him, the cryptos he has lost money with are Blocktix (TIX), DICE, Flash (FLASH), Vezt (VEZT), Amp (AMP), Signal Token (SIG), Bee (BEE), Kind Ads Token (KIND), Pryze (PRYZ), KudosCoin (KUDOS) and Neuron (NRN).
Schwartz said in October he had sold 40,000 ETHs at $1, large amounts of Bitcoin at $750 and XRP at $0.1.
