Crypto exchange Cobinhood has just announced it will suspend its customer service starting in 2021. According to the company, it has made the decision in order to "provide more effective service:"

"Starting from January 1, 2021, if you need to contact Cobinhood Exchange Team after you submit the original registered e-mail address through the form function established by us, we will reply to your valuable comments and requests by sending e-mails to your original registered e-mail address."

Users will not be able to change their password or e-mail address specified during registration:

"Since Cobinhood Exchange Team maintains a service policy that focuses on secured transactions, as usual, we will still not allow a customer to change the password or the original registered e-mail address in the future."

It is still unknown when the platform plans to resume the service.

Cobinhood announced back in January its plans to suspend operations for a month, apparently in order to audit its account balances. Last year, users suspected the platform was an exit scam.
