Filomena brings to deep relationships and experience in the region, including her role as VP of innovation and strategic partnerships for Visa Latin America, where she helped banks and merchants adopt disruptive solutions to onboard new consumers in an increasingly digital world. Prior to Visa, Filomena held top positions at global payments companies including CardinalCommerce, a Visa company, where she was GM of the LAC region, and SafetyPay, where she was VP of strategic partnerships and alliances.

Filomena joins during a year of rapid growth, as the company surpassed 5M users, doubled headcount, has expanded its product portfolio and entered into new markets. LATAM represents a crucial market for, as its lack of easy access to banking services in many countries has paved the way for strong crypto adoption in the region.
