From now on, the developers will monitor the network's performance to ensure that everything is operating smoothly:

With the mainnet launch, the project's native token FIL has experienced a sharp increase in price by gaining over 100% in just 24 hours.
Filecoin is a blockchain-based storage provider, that allows anyone to monetize their open hard drive space, and help store digital information online. The network provides an important incentive layer for IPFS, the InterPlanetary File System — enhancing the existing Web3 storage infrastructure already used by thousands of projects and developers.
iHodl previously reported that cryptocurrency exchanges Kraken and Gemini announced their support for Filecoin (FIL) trading. Gemini also allows users to store the FIL tokens in the custody service.
