Crypto lending platform Cred has just joined Visa's Fintech Fast Track program.

The measure "will facilitate the project's access to the coverage, capabilities and security offered by Visa," said Cred. The solution will allow Cred to send interest payouts directly to clients' bank accounts in the Visa system, as well as to issue crypto credit cards that will allow for loans in fiat money without the need to sell cryptos.

While these new features will initially be available to a limited variety of jurisdictions, Cred plans to attract a greater number of users in 2021.

The Fast Track program was launched by Visa back in July 2019 and is aimed at fintech companies interested in leveraging Visa's resources and services to accelerate their growth.

The price of Cred's native token, LBA, has jumped by more than 20% after the news was released.
