Payments giant Visa keeps expanding its blockchain development staff after posting a vacancy for Ethereum specialists. According to the job posting:
"We are working on blockchain technology and want to add a highly motivated Engineer to our team to be a part of team in Foster City, CA. We're seeking a strong developer experienced with Ethereum and blockchain architecture to be a part of team tasked with building distributed application."
In addition, experience with Ripple, R3 and/or Bitcoin blockchains is one of the requirements candidates must meet. The company is reportedly looking for several specialists for this vacancy.
The team this new developer would join is dedicated to the development of innovations and products for card-less payments. In particular, it is focused on the creation of a blockchain platform for cross-border transfers, near real-time settlements as well as digital identifiers for corporate customers.
Recently, it was known PayPal is also looking to hire new blockchain and crypto specialists.
