Binance Rolls Out Africa-focused Social Payments Crypto App

Binance has presented its new crypto & fiat mobile app for African users called Bundle.

Bundle a social payments app for cash and cryptocurrencies founded by by Yele Bademosi, a former director at Binance Labs.

"We built Bundle with the digitally native African user in mind. They are social, online, and connected across geographical boundaries," said Bademosi.

According to an official announcement, Bundle allows users to send, receive and request cash or crypto. The app support fiat deposits and withdrawals and local fiat starting with NGN (Nigeria Naira) and "many more fiat currencies in the coming weeks."

The exchange plans to add support for 30+ African countries in the app by the end of the year.

Previously iHodl reported that Nigeria, the most populated country in Africa, became the eighth country on the continent to install Bitcoin ATMs on its territory.
