FxPro's team of analysts say:
"Over the last 24 hours, Bitcoin has grown by more than 2% and is currently trading at around $6,900. The largest crypto by market cap has registered a constant growth during the last day coinciding with a reduction of trading volumes. During the past 24 hours, the trading volume on the Bitcoin network has fallen by 13%, while the fear and greed index of the reference crypto has jumped by 4 points, remaining in the 'extreme fear' area.
The largest Bitcoin transaction in history has recently been executed. Crypto trading platform Bitfinex has transferred 161,500 BTCs (about $1.1B) between its wallets for a fee of less than $1. It's hard to imagine a more impressive announcement of the advantages of cryptocurrencies over traditional banking. However, fluctuations in their price prevent Bitcoin from becoming a means of payment for the masses."
According to CoinMarketCap’s ranking, 9 currencies on the top 10 are in green.
As for the market cap of all currencies listed in CoinMarketCap, it stays at $196,377,606,516.
