FxPro's team of analysts say:
"The last 24 hours have been very positive for both Bitcoin and the crypto market in general. Bitcoin has even reached $7,400, a level at which sellers have entered the scene. As a result, during this morning, the reference crypto has posted a 4.5% growth and is currently trading at around $7,300. According to CoinMarketCap, trading volumes on the Bitcoin network have jumped by 45% over the past 24 hours. Significant growth in trading volumes along with an increase in prices is often seen as a sign of trend confirmation. While participants in the crypto market might not like this, the dynamics of digital currencies have once again coincided with the mood of traditional markets.
Although the greed and fear index has registered an increase of 8 points in just one day, it remains in the 'extreme fear' area. The RSI has also risen, although it remains in the neutral area.
Altcoins have followed Bitcoin's trend. For example, Ethereum has risen by more than 14% over the past 24 hours and is currently trading at around $170. While other currencies are showing more modest growth, the whole crypto market is in green."
According to CoinMarketCap’s ranking, all coins on the top 10 are in green.
As for the market cap of all currencies listed in CoinMarketCap, it stays at $206.988.585.207.
