Bitcoin has started the day with a positive dynamic. At press time, the largest cryptocurrency by market cap is trading at $6,456.8 (+4.01%), according to CoinMarketCap.

For its part, Ethereum has grown to $132.36 (+1.79%), while XRP has jumped by 1.42% and is now trading at $0.172.

FxPro's team of analysts say:

"Bitcoin has grown by 5% over the past 24 hours and is currently trading at around $6,450. However, the reference cryptocurrency has not yet been able to return to last week's levels. Altcoins are also in the green area. So far this week, the total market cap has remained constant at around $180B. The greed and fear index has registered a slight increase of several points, remaining in the 'extreme fear' area. The RSI index stays in the neutral area with 45 points. All indicators show investors are not making major decisions regarding cryptos.

The news that the spread of the coronavirus epidemic is slowing down could become a boost for all markets, however, this news has not yet arrived. Participants are paying special attention to the court battle between Telegram and the SEC. Telegram is trying to ensure that the court order will not affect non-US investors. Telegram's problems could have a pretty strong demoralizing effect on the industry as a whole."

As for the market cap of all currencies listed in CoinMarketCap, it stays at $181,022,870,970.
