FxPro's team of analysts say:
"Bitcoin price has grown by more than 16% over the past 24 hours and is currently trading at around $6,000. The crypto market in general and Bitcoin in particular has experienced a significant price jump over the last day. Even though prices are still far from the levels from which the market plummeted a week ago, Bitcoin is now fighting not to stay above $5,000, but above $6,000. After consolidating above $5,000, buyers were attracted to the market after its recent collapse.
The altcoins market has recorded an equally impressive growth. The main altcoins have climbed by 8-30% over the last day. However, this growth is not yet enough to make up for last week's losses.
The crypto market still must show a sustained positive dynamic in order to make buyers believe again in the prospects for these assets. Despite its growth, the greed and fear index is still in the 'extreme fear' area and has even fallen from 12 to 9 points in just one day."
According to CoinMarketCap’s ranking, all currencies on the top 10 are in green.
As for the market cap of all currencies listed in CoinMarketCap, it stays at $177.496.723.601.
