American fintech company Robinhood Markets is facing technical issues due to the abnormally high trading volume, Financial Magnates has learned.

Robinhood Reveals Fractional Stock-trading

The fintech platform's users are reportedly experiencing a lack of access to accounts and trading problems.

Others complain that they can’t see the account balance.

According to an official company's statement, Robinhood is experiencing downtime issues that are affecting all functionalities of the platform.

"We are aware of the issue and are working to have all systems up and running as soon as we can. We’re so sorry this is happening," the company said.

Previously iHodl reported that users of the cryptocurrency-focused trading platform discovered a glitch, which made it possible to trade stocks with excess borrowed funds, getting access to free money.
