Cryptocurrency broker Tagomi will join in the foreseeable future the Libra Association, TechCrunch has learned.
It is expected that a formal announcement will be made on Friday or next week.
Tagomi will reportedly contribute at least $10 million towards developing the Libra cryptocurrency. The broker will also operate a node to validate transactions on the Libra blockchain.
Tagomi is a US-based institutional-grade aggregation platform for trading cryptocurrencies at scale.
The platform was founded by a former investor at Union Square Ventures Jennifer Campbell, a former Global Head of Electronic Trading at Goldman Sachs Greg Tusar and Marc Bhargava.
