American business magnate, investor, and philanthropist & the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway Warren Buffett in a recent interview with CNBC has said that he still believes that "cryptocurrencies basically have no value."

Warren Buffett Considers Bitcoin To Be Rat Poison

Despite the recent dinner with TRON CEO Justin Sun, Buffett convinced — cryptocurrencies still represent zero value.

"Cryptocurrencies basically have no value and they do not produce anything. In terms of value... zero," Buffett said in the interview.

Moreover, the Oracle of Omaha denied he has any cryptocurrencies and will never have.

Buffett's statements are exactly the opposite of what Justin Sun said earlier. After the meeting, Sun wrote on Twitter that he had given Buffett the first bitcoin (EXANTE: Bitcoin) and 1,930,830 TRX tokens.

At the end of the interview Buffett said that in the end, he might "start a Warren currency."

Last year, TRON CEO had to postpone the business lunch due to health issues.
