Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao has answered some users' questions during a live broadcast on the video platform Periscope.

During the session, Zhao said the exchange plans to launch a new cloud service called Binance Cloud soon.

He also announced Binance has launched a p2p trading service in pairs with the Russian ruble. This service was previously available in pairs with the RMB and the Vietnamese dong.

Zhao also said the decentralized platform Binance DEX will charge a $100,000 fee for listing projects. According to him, this decision aims to reduce spam and fraud:

"[The aim of this new fee is to] reduce the number of spam or scam projects. And there’s also a voting process by the validators to be listed on the DEX. I think the fee will be probably close to $100K US, so we’ll see but the fee is adjustable over time."

iHodl reported 4 days ago Binance had started to offer the possibility of using rubles to purchase cryptocurrencies via Visa cards.
