Ex-head of a cryptocurrency exchange Binance Mariana Gospodinova has left the exchange and joined Crypto.com, a crypto-focused payments platform as General Manager, Europe.
At Binance Gospodinova was responsible for the Europian operations and looked after the successful launch of the crypto to fiat exchange and other local initiatives. Prior to this, she held leadership roles in the payment industry with European companies including Skrill and SysPay.
Crypto.com CEO & Co-Founder Kris Marszalek says he's absolutely thrilled to welcome Mariana to the leadership team as the company "begins to scale its European business."
"We look forward to working together as a team to continue our efforts in being a fully-compliant industry leader to drive the mass adoption of cryptocurrency," he added.
Previously iHodl reported that a cryptocurrency exchange OKEx launched bitcoin (EXANTE: Bitcoin) options for all users. Previously, the tool was available only to selected customers who received a special invitation.
