American multinational chain of hamburger fast food restaurants Burger King has added support for cryptocurrency payments in Venezuela.

It became possible thanks to a partnership with a processing service Cryptobuyer.

From now on, Burger King Venezuela supports the crypto-payments in bitcoin (EXANTE: Bitcoin), ether (ETH), tether (USDT), litecoin (LTC), dash (DASH), and binance coin (BNB).

The fast-food restaurant plans to expand the option of crypto-payments to all 40 establishments in the country during this year.

Earlier iHodl reported that the President of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, during the tv press conference said that the Venezuelan government is using cryptocurrency payment method for both national and international transactions.
