For its part, Ethereum has climbed to $128.53 (+0.29%), while XRP has lost 0.34% and is now trading at $0.187.
According to CoinMarketCap’s ranking, 8 currencies on the top 10 are in green.
FxPro's team of analysts say:
"The price of the largest crypto by market cap has not shown much change over the last 24 hours and is now trading at around $7,200. The dominance index keeps growing and currently stands at 68.3%. On the other hand, the greed and fear index remains at the Extreme Fear level, which might suggest an imminent fall.
The last weeks of the year before the Christmas holiday are being very busy for Bitcoin and the rest of the market."
As for the market cap of all currencies listed in CoinMarketCap, it stays at $191,069,466,701.
