The Co-Founder and Executive Director of cryptocurrency miner provider Bitmain, Micree Ketuan Zhan, has left the company after restructuring process, the Block reports citing Chinese media outlet Sina Finance.

According to the official email that was shared among the Bitmain staff, the executive director of Bitmain Jihan Wu has decided to dissolve all the roles of Ketuan Zhan.

"Any Bitmain staff shall no longer take any direction from Zhan, or participate in any meeting organized by Zhan. Bitmain may, based on the situation, consider terminating employment contracts of those who violate this note," the email states.

The reason why Zhan has been fired is still unknown.

Previously iHodl reported that the Chinese mining giant completed the construction of a mining center in Rockdale, Texas.

The construction of the farm, which has the capacity to 25 MW, started last year. According to Bitmain, its capacity will soon be increased by 50 MW and might reach 300 MW in the future, which would make this center the largest mining farm in the world.
