Cryptocurrency exchange Binance in the foreseeable future will add support for the Russian ruble, iHodl Russia reports.

It's expected that the support for the Russian ruble should appear within two weeks.

Up to date, the exchange has opened four international crypto-fiat platforms: in Uganda, Singapore, the U.S., and Jersey. Last week, Binance added pairs with the euro and the British pound to its API.

Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao previously hinted that Binance could soon also add support for the Segregated Witness protocol.

In the meantime, in August, a Ukrainian cryptocurrency exchange Kuna listed Binance Coin trading in pairs with the Ukrainian hryvnia and the Russian ruble.

Earlier Binance DEX, Binance's decentralized exchange, announced it plans to launch a token linked to Bitcoin Cash.
