Ripple is teaming up the most prominent software developer for financial services Finastra to speed up the adoption of blockchain all over the world.
As part of the partnership, Finastra’s customers will reportedly be able to connect with RippleNet partners – more than 200 financial institutions worldwide.
In addition to that, users will also be able to carry out international payments with "end-to-end tracking and visibility into fees, delivery time and status."
Marcus Treacher, SVP of Customer Success at Ripple says the company is "thrilled" to be partnering with innovative companies like Finastra.
"Finastra is an established fintech player and works with a majority of the world’s top banks. This partnership will enable Ripple to expand the reach and solutions for our partners, and the footprint of RippleNet while allowing customers to transact directly with each other," Treacher added.
Recently, Ripple invested in Bitso, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in Latin America with a user base of 750,000 and counting.
