Another two large Libra partners eBay and Stripe have officially dropped out of the partnership right after PayPal.

According to the Financial Times, companies decided to leave the partnership due to sustained political pressure.

eBay's spokesperson said that the company highly respects the vision of the Libra Association, however, "eBay had made the decision to not move forward as a founding member."

"At this time, we are focused on rolling out eBay’s managed payments experience for our customers," the spokesperson added.

Previously iHodl reported that PayPal decided to leave the group that supports Facebook's Libra project. Earlier Visa and Mastercard which in the past have shown their willingness to support Facebook's crypto project were also not so sure whether they should provide the crypto-project with the official support or not.
